2. Visiting the website
When you visit this website, our web server processes connection data that is technically necessary. This includes in particular:
- IP address,
- date and time of access,
- requested address,
- HTTP status code and
- amount of data transferred.
This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain its functionality and identify attacks or technical faults. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable website pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The data may be stored temporarily in server logs for these purposes. It is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for operation and security, unless a legal obligation or a specific security incident requires longer retention. It is not combined with other data or used for advertising.
3. Cookies, audience measurement and external content
This website does not use cookies. It does not use audience measurement, profiling or advertising networks. Images, videos, fonts and scripts are loaded locally from our web server. Therefore, no consent banner is required to visit this website.
The website contains links to external services, such as app stores and AI service providers. The relevant provider receives technically necessary connection data only after you follow such a link. The operator of the destination service is responsible for any further processing.
4. Contact and support
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide, in particular your contact details and the content and time of your enquiry. If you voluntarily send us a sample model or other files for support, we use them solely to deal with your request.
Processing is carried out to take steps prior to entering into a contract or to perform a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or, for other enquiries, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We delete the data once the request has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention requirements, legal claims or follow-up work requested by you require continued storage. Voluntarily submitted sample data is deleted when the support case is closed.
5. Cubetto apps
Simply using Cubetto does not transmit personal data to semture GmbH. Models and projects are processed by the app in the storage locations you choose.
If you configure an external AI service in Cubetto 7, the app sends the content you select directly to your chosen provider. The API key is stored in the macOS Keychain and is not transmitted to semture GmbH. The type, scope and legal basis of processing by the AI provider are governed by your agreement with that provider and its privacy notice.
When you use Cubetto through the Model Context Protocol, the MCP client you use determines what content is transmitted to participating services. This content is likewise not routed through semture GmbH servers.
6. Recipients and international transfers
We disclose personal data only where this is necessary to deal with your request, you have given your consent or we are legally required to do so. Merely visiting this website does not result in data being sent to analytics, advertising or social media providers.
If you configure app or AI services yourself, processing may take place outside the European Union or European Economic Area. This is governed by your chosen providers, their contractual terms and their privacy notices.
7. Your rights
Where the legal requirements are met, you have the right to:
- access your personal data (Article 15 GDPR),
- rectify inaccurate data (Article 16 GDPR),
- erasure (Article 17 GDPR),
- restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR),
- data portability (Article 20 GDPR), and
- object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (Article 21 GDPR).
You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise your rights, simply contact cubetto@semture.de.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority with particular responsibility for semture GmbH is:

01330 Dresden

9. Requirement to provide data and automated decisions
You are not legally or contractually required to provide personal data. The website cannot be delivered without the technically necessary connection data, however, and we may be unable to deal with a contact or support request without sufficient information.
No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
